About these terms

These terms apply when you join Dexterchem ("we", "us") and use our classes, tests and study materials. We provide them through the JEEnify platform; your use of the platform itself is also covered by JEEnify's platform terms and privacy policy.

Joining and fees

• The joining fee, what it includes and how long your access lasts are shown on our page before you pay.
• You pay Dexterchem directly. JEEnify does not receive, hold or refund your fee.
• Your access starts when we confirm your payment and lasts for the period shown when you paid.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your account

• One account is for one student. Please do not share your login.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any payment.
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.

Classes, tests and materials

• Our classes, tests and materials are for your own study. Do not copy, record, share or resell them.
• Schedules may change; we will tell you in advance where we can.
• We do not promise any particular score, rank or admission.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, such as sharing logins or our materials. Where this happens, refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
