Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

Please check the fee, what it includes and how long your access lasts. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel within 7 days of paying and get a full refund, unless you have already attended classes or taken tests in that time.
• After 7 days, fees are not refundable, except where we cancel a course or batch — then we refund the unused part.
• To ask for a refund, contact us with your receipt number.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the account or UPI ID you paid from, within 7 working days.

Payment problems

• If money left your account but your payment is not confirmed yet, contact us with the payment reference (UTR / transaction ID). We confirm payments within 1 working day.
• If a payment failed, your bank usually reverses it within 5–7 working days.

Who handles refunds

Refunds, cancellations and payment problems are handled by Dexterchem. JEEnify provides our software only and does not receive your payment.
