Who we are

Dexterchem ("we", "us") runs classes, tests and study materials for our students. We use the JEEnify platform to do this; JEEnify's own platform privacy policy explains how it handles your data on our behalf.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and student ID.
• Your batch and the details you give us when you join.
• Payment records: amount, date and payment reference.
• Your results and progress in our tests and classes.

How we use it

• To teach you, run tests and share results.
• To contact you about classes, fees and updates.
• To keep fee and payment records, as the law requires.

Who we share it with

• We do not sell your personal data.
• JEEnify stores and processes it for us to run our classes and tests.
• Payment providers you choose, when you pay.
• Authorities, where the law requires.

How long we keep it

While you are our student, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for fee and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian can do this for you.
